Bottomz Up Bar and Grill, a novel, one-of-a-kind sports and entertainment restaurant concept
(Long Island, NY) Bottomz Up Bar and Grill, a novel, one-of-a-kind sports and entertainment restaurant concept is about to turn Long Island nightlife upside down this summer.
Scheduled for a grand-opening on July 25th (with appearances by NY Met/NY Yankee legend Dwight Gooden, NY JET/NY Giant legend Sean Landeta and many other special guests) and located in the heart of Nassau County, the curvaceously-themed venture is the brainchild of a group of highly experienced New York hospitality owner/operators. Bottomz Up will literally “raise the bar” in the marketplace by bringing the first upscale, Manhattan-style entertainment and sports dining concept to Long Island.
The menu, overseen by Executive Chef Adam Goldgell, a runner-up on TV Food Network’s Chopped, is comprised of expertly prepared dishes representing All-American comfort food at its finest with specialties from cities across the United States. Bottomz Up Bar and Grill will also offer a lineup of distinctive cocktails from New York, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Miami, Chicago, San Francisco and points elsewhere. A comprehensive selection of domestic and international beers is also available including many hard-to-find, imported brands.
With impeccable service by wait staff dressed in their Bottomz Up signature attire, the venue offers a warmly welcoming atmosphere for a fun, engaging and interactive experience, creating a “home away from home” for its customers. Bottomz Up is designed to appeal to a diverse clientele; from hard-core sports fans to families with young children and from well-dressed business executives to groups of young ladies enjoying a night out on the town. Of course, Bottomz Up is equipped with wall-to-wall, wide screen HDTVs so fans can watch their favorite teams from any angle.
