(Long Island, N.Y) OSO Restaurant at The Southampton Inn, 91 Hill Street is offering a veritable Cupid’s Delight for St. Valentine’s Day. An inflation busting Champagne four course dinner prepared by acclaimed chef Brian Naylor and served in what critics have called “a romantic speakeasy atmosphere” for only $100 per couple! 
 
Get the evening off to a romantic start by relaxing with a leisurely bottle of Champagne.  
 
The begin with a fabulous salad of your choice – Sweetheart Salad, Micro greens, peppered goat cheese, strawberry vinaigrette; Chevre Stuffed Piquillo Pepper with Chorico, aged sherry vinaigrette or Yukon Gold Potato Puree served with crème fraiche and caviar.
 
Second course is your choice of appetizers – Hand Harvest Sea Scallops, Truffle honey foam; Jumbo lump crab cake Shishimi togarshi mayo or Baby bleu cheese fondue cubed roasted filet mignon.
 
Entrée choices include Grilled Rib Eye & Shrimp with Birds nest potato, jalapeño tomato marmalade; Duet of Long Island Duck, Pan roasted duck breast confit & Fois Gras ravioli; Grilled Salmon, with Artichoke, calamota olive, tomato & feta; Pepper Crusted Tuna Israeli couscous, Dijon emulsion or for the vegetarian Wild Mushroom Risotto Sweet pea emulsion & porcini dust.
 
Dessert for the Ladies is Berry Explosion, Raspberry mousse, white chocolate, strawberry broth, lavender & elderberry cracking whip cream. And for the Gentlemen, Study of Chocolate- a trio of orgasmic chocolate delights.
