(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Community College garnered nearly a dozen Education Advertising Awards for excellence in its marketing communications, including three Gold Awards, five Silver Awards, and three Merit Awards.
“We are honored to receive this recognition,” said Suffolk County Community College President Dr. Shaun L. McKay. “Effective communications to students, potential students and the community-at-large about our highly acclaimed academic and other programs is essential to the health and growth of our college.”

The Educational Advertising Awards, sponsored by the Higher Education Marketing Report, is the largest educational advertising awards competition in the U.S. This year, nearly 2,000 entries were received from more than 1,000 colleges, universities and secondary schools from all 50 U.S. states and several foreign countries. The Awards will be distributed in April.
Judges for the Educational Advertising Awards consisted of a national panel of higher education marketers, advertising creative directors, marketing and advertising professionals and the editorial board of Higher Education Marketing Report.
