(Long Island, NY) The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for an autistic North Amityville man who was reported missing on July 19.
Dwight Rowe, 24, was last seen at his home on Silverpine Drive on July 19 at approximately 7 a.m. Rowe is autistic, bipolar and in need of medication. Rowe is black, 5 feet 2 inches tall, approximately 180 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt with an orange tank top underneath, camouflage-colored shorts, slippers and was carrying a backpack containing a lunch box.
Anyone with information on Rowe’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the First Squad at 631-854-8152.
Silver Alert is a program implemented in Suffolk County that allows local law enforcement to share information with media outlets about individuals with special needs who have been reported missing.
